Grand Hyatt Bali has recently reopened Salsa Verde with a fresh look, fitting for all occasions. Set by the pool and boasting a picture-perfect beach view, the Italian restaurant’s interior radiates a warm and welcoming ambience, wrapped with captivating colours and entertaining decor throughout the dining space. 

Right at the heart of Salsa Verde is the open kitchen and a wood-fired pizza oven, giving the venue a unique living room vibe. During the day, guests will enjoy a cozy outdoor dining terrace surrounded by tropical gardens and the pristine ocean. In the evening, the beachfront restaurant sets a dreamy dinner atmosphere with warm lights and live music!

Adding a refreshing coastal touch to their Italian cuisine specialty, Salsa Verde’s dishes are crafted with locally-sourced seasonal produce from all around the island.
