The flavor mastermind behind Ape Club is Mexican national chef Mauricio Barreto. He has honed his skills in presenting various dishes, from South American-inspired meals to international classics. His stellar resume includes serving as executive chef at notable establishments including the Boy’N’Cow Group, Monty’s Steak House in Los Angeles, USA, and Hotel Azulik in Tulum, Mexico.

This time, he is on a mission to create comforting and innovative flavors that will take you on a wonderful culinary journey. Don’t forget to complement your meals with Ape Club’s line of original beers: Nusa Blonde, Bored Hazy, ULU IPA and Sunset Ale. And there are four more sets on the way before the end of 2023!

Additionally, all beers are produced at Ape Club’s brewery in Mengwi, Bali, along with original cocktails, imported wines and amazing Ape signature drinks.

At Ape Club, the fun doesn’t stop at the food and drink offerings! They offer an exciting entertainment program that includes local and international DJs and live bands, allowing you to enjoy yourself freely. There will also be a variety of workshops, such as mixology and cooking classes.
