The signature di Mare menu presents a diverse selection made up of four tantalising tasting menus and à la carte options alongside an impressive range of 30 vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices.

For lunchtime, di Mare will showcase signature dishes with a fun twist of flavours inspired by Karma Group resorts worldwide. Chef Joseph is excited to present authentic Bamia, a goat leg okra stew sourced with genuine spices from Cairo’s bustling souk. 

Additionally, the talented chef’s travel adventures in India and captivating influences from Thai, Vietnamese, and European culinary traditions have added even more excitement to the restaurant’s menu.

Inspired from his recent journeys, Chef Joseph introduces refreshing additions – like the mouthwatering Miyazaki A5 yakitori, a hidden treasure from Tokyo, and Baja fish tacos served with homemade flour tortillas that will take you straight to the vibrant streets of San Felipe.
