This October, Tenkai at Padma Legian presents a special regular dinner, launching on Thursday, 26 October 2023, starting at 6.30 pm. The dinner will showcase an enticing fusion of 4-course Japanese Nikkei flavours and a selection of 4 unique beers. To enhance the dining experience, guests will also be treated to a live acoustic performance.

Peruvian Chef Sandro Medrano expertly leads Tenkai’s kitchen, carefully crafting a menu featuring Japanese Nikkei dishes like Chiccaron, Salmon Passion, and Locro. For an ideal complement to these flavours, diners can enjoy a thoughtfully curated selection of beers, including Indonesia’s Kura-Kura and the renowned German König Ludwig Weissbier, adding to the overall dining pleasure.
