Try the poached grouper in Sichuan-style spicy chilli oil to satisfy your bold flavour craving! The mouthwatering stir-fried Angus beef with enoki mushrooms and black pepper also stands out as one of the highlights. Looking for a spicy kick? Get the Sichuan dan dan noodles with pickles, delivering tangy and flavoursome notes.

Chef Alan is a Chef de Cuisine resident at Manila’s renowned No. 8 China House restaurant. Hailing from Qingdao province, he has devoted years to perfecting Chinese culinary traditions’ artistry and technical finesse. Chef Alan honed his skills under the esteemed master, Jack Aw Yong, during his training at Park Hyatt Beijing.

His dedication to culinary excellence has earned him international recognition, as his team secured the prestigious gold medal for ‘Best Asian Restaurant’ in Doha within just one year of opening. 

And now, Chef Alan is excited to collaborate with the talented team at Andaz Bali and unlock a new cultural and culinary experience in Bali.
