Launched on May 7, 2023, the exquisite Sunday Brunch at FIRE at W Bali is regularly served on the first Sunday of every month, from 12:00pm to 3:30pm.

Presenting a unique insight into Balinese culture, with a history of the Kecak dance, the first edition of the brunch ritual highlights authentic local flavors with a contemporary twist. Using Balinese spices, high-quality meat, freshly caught seafood and coconut shell, the restaurant is bringing out aromatic flavors that tingle your taste buds and delight you at elevated culturally themed dining.

Guests will follow a step-by-step culinary journey with the specially designed menu – a discovery of top-notch delectable dishes! Served à la carte with wine or cocktail pairings, the brunch experience will begin with freshly baked goods and continue with salmon carpaccio, local kaffir lime-cured tuna and foie gras to warm things up.

Grilled offerings will be presented to your table, with tempting options including fresh lobster, octopus, and calamari. For condiments, you can choose from salsa verde, lemon garlic butter, and chimichurri.

For the main course, prepare to witness the signature Tomahawk and Spicy Chorizo ​​grilled at your table! At the end of the trip, a selection of seasoned artisan cheeses and a variety of rolling sweets will wrap up the mythical brunch.

The package is priced at IDR 950,000++ for the food and non-alcoholic package, IDR 1,450,000++ for the cocktail package and IDR 2,400,000++ for the wine and champagne premium package.
